Faroe Island Salmon Fillets
Skinless & Boneless Faroe Island Salmon Fillets. Farmed From the Cold Clear Waters of the North Atlantic this Superior Salmon is Unrivalled for Flavour & Versatility.
1. Pan Fry: Roll salmon in salt & pepper, fry with butter or margarine over a medium heat for 3-4 mins each side
2. Boil in the bag for 15-17 mins, season to taste.
3. Microwave: Pierce the bag & microwave on full power for 4-5mins, or until fish begins to flake, leave stand for 2 mins & season to taste.
