Boned Kipper Fillets

Traditionally Smoked Kipper Fillets, Off the Bone and Individually Vacuum Packed for your Convenience.

 

 

 

Cooking Guidelines:

Grill for 12-15 minutes under a moderately hot grill, serve with a knob of butter.  Microwave on full power for 4 mins.

Manx Kippers

The Original & Best! Traditionally smoked more briefly and therefore remaining oilier and free for all artificial colourings.

 

 

Cooking Guidelines:

Grill for 10-12 mins under a moderately hot grill, serve with a knob of butter.

Natural Smoked Haddock

Traditionally Oak Smoked Haddock Fillets with no artificial colours or flavours.

 

 

 

Cooking Guidelines:

Grill for 12-15 mins with a knob of butter or cover and oven bake with a small amount of milk for 20 mins (180 *C)

 

Smoked Peppered Mackerel
