Pan fry, grill or barbeque until piping hot right through. We recommend that you defrost thoroughly before barbequeing, and that you open, clean & season the sardines before frying or grilling.
Swordfish Supreme Steaks
Delicious Supreme steaks, flavoursome & meaty with no skin or bone, ideal for griddling/ grilling or barbequeing.
Either defrost and treat as fresh or Microwave at full power (from frozen) for 4 mins (depending on thickness of steak). Ideal on BBQ though we recommend that you defrost first & ensure cooked thoroughly.
