Luxury Smoked Haddock Fishcake

Premium Smoked Haddock Fillet Fishcake, in a Crispy 3-way cook Golden Breadcrumb.

 

 

 

Cooking Guidelines:

OVEN BAKE: Preheat oven to 220C/425F/Gas Mark 7 & cook for 15-20 mins turning once. 

GRILL: Place under a preheated medium to hot grill for 10-12 mins turning occasionally until crispy. 

SHALLOW FRY: Preheat a little oil and fry over a medium heat for 7-9 mins turning occasionally . 

DEEP FRY: Gently lower the fishcakes into a pan only one third full of oil preheated to 180C/350F. Fry for 4-6 mins. Drain & Serve.
