Cooking Guidelines:

Cook from Frozen: OVEN BAKE: Preheat oven to 220*C. Cook in an oven safe baking dish for 9-10 mins.

PAN SAUTE: Cook on a medium heat for 6-7 mins, stir occasionally.   

MICROWAVE: On full power 850w for 4-5 mins.

Defrost Thoroughly first and oven bake at 200C/400f for 10-12 minutes.
