Duck Emperor

Barbary Duck Breast Fillets Stuffed with a delicious combination of Plum, Ginger & Double Cream then glazed with a Hoi Sin Sauce marinade.



Cooking Guidelines:

 Cook from frozen. Remove duck from clear packaging before cooking. Place On a Lightly greased Baking Tray In A Fan Assisted Oven At 180*c For 35-40 Mins.


Woodland Chicken

Tender Breast of Chicken hand filled with luxurious pate, wrapped in the finest Serrano ham & served in a red wine, brandy & wild mushroom sauce laced with fresh cream.   


Cooking Guidelines:

For best results cook from frozen, place the sachet in to boiling water for 25-30 mins.  Alternatively defrost the product, pierce the sachet several times & cook on full power for 4 minutes (700W).

Duck with Forest Fruits

Barbary Duckling Breast Fillet Marinated In Orange And Basil, & decoratively Topped With fresh Forest Fruits and Accompanied By A Cranberry And Whiskey Sauce.


Cooking Guidelines:

Cook from Frozen or defrosted, remove garnish, cook breast skin side down on a baking tray in pre-heated oven 225*c for 25-30 mins or 15 mins from defrosted. Place the sauce sachet from frozen into boiling water for 5 mins, empty sachet into saucepan, add garnish, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 mins, slice and fan duck, pour sauce over top.

Chinese Crispy Duck

Half Duck Portions Perfectly Prepared Peking Style

& accompanied by traditional Pancakes

& Hoi-Sin Sauce.



Cooking Guidelines:

Cook from Frozen.  Place Duck breast on a non-metallic plate, cover loosely with microwave film, microwave on full power for 3mins.  Place on a baking tray and heat in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 220C/425F GM7 for 12-15mins.  Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Microwave Pancakes on full power for 1min per 8.  Shred duck with a fork, spread sauce inside pancake, add chopped spring onions, sliced cucumber and duck, fold pancake around and serve.

Chicken Wellington

Finest Grade A, Skinless And Boneless Chicken Breast Fillet Generously stuffed With A Garlic Butter And Sliced Button Mushroom Sauce Served In An Attractive Puff Pastry Case.




Cooking Guidelines:

Always cook straight from frozen pre-heat oven to full temerature, place on a lightly greased baking tray and bake at 180*c for 45 mins.

Cranberry Chicken

A Whole Chicken breast Diced & Slow Cooked in a cranberry, cream & brandy sauce served in a handmade pastry purse & finished with

sprigs of thyme.
