into boiling water for 5 mins, empty sachet into saucepan, add garnish, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 mins, slice and fan duck, pour sauce over top.

Cook from Frozen. Place Duck breast on a non-metallic plate, cover loosely with microwave film, microwave on full power for 3mins. Place on a baking tray and heat in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 220C/425F GM7 for 12-15mins. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Microwave Pancakes on full power for 1min per 8. Shred duck with a fork, spread sauce inside pancake, add chopped spring onions, sliced cucumber and duck, fold pancake around and serve.
