Caramelised Courgette, Cabbage, Onions & Bell Peppers, Topped with Creamy Brie, Wrapped in Golden Puff Pastry & Hand Garnished.

Mediterranean Wellington

Aubergine, Courgette, Tomato, Onion, Peppers & Mushrooms, Topped with Goats Cheese, Wrapped in Puff Pastry & Finished with Black Olives.

 

Cooking Guidelines:

Oven Bake from frozen on a lightly greased baking tray at 180*c for 25-30 mins.

Cannelloni Verdi

An Italian Classic, Generous Verdi Pasta Tubes Filled With A Rich Combination Of Spinach And Ricotta Cheese.

 

 

Cooking Guidelines:

OvenBake: Cover the base of an oven proof dish with a tomato based sauce, arrange frozen canneloni on top and completely cover with cheese, bake in a pre-heated oven for 25-30 mins at 180*c (gas mark 4).

Mushroom, Brie & Cranberry Wellington

A Fricasse of Sauteed Mushrooms, Fresh Cranberries & Seasoned Spinach with Roast Hazelnuts, topped with Creamy Brie & wrapped in Puff Pastry.

 

 

Cooking Guidelines:

Cook from frozen—pre heat oven to 200C place product on metal tray & cook for approx 18-22mins.

Roasted Red Pepper En Croute

Roasted Red Peppers, Mushrooms And Stilton Cheese On A Bed Of Seasoned Spinnach & served In An Attractive Puff Pastry Case.
